Refund & Return Policy – PrintPratha

At PrintPratha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Since most of our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Printing defect or manufacturing issue
  • Item missing from the order

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with clear photos/videos as proof.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products approved by customers before printing
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color differences due to screen variations
  • Sale or clearance items

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.


Replacement Policy

Eligible damaged or defective products may be replaced without additional charges after verification.

Replacement requests must include:

  • Order Number
  • Product Images
  • Unboxing Video (if available)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the customization or printing process has started, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds for cancelled orders may take several business days to reflect.


Quality Assurance

We maintain strict quality checks before dispatching products. However, slight variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur in custom printing and are considered normal.
