At PrintPratha, we specialize in custom-printed products, therefore our refund and return policy is limited.
1. No Return on Custom Products
Since products are made to order, returns or refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
Product received is damaged
Wrong product delivered
Printing defect caused by us
3. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos or video evidence
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind
Minor color variation due to screen differences
Incorrect details provided by customer
